The on-site calibration instrument for electric energy meters is a new type of on-site calibration instrument for electric energy meters. On the basis of having all the functions of a traditional on-site calibrator for electric energy meters, we break the traditional mode and innovatively use a Windows system intelligent handheld terminal to control the testing unit in wireless WiFi mode, enabling remote control of the instrument by operators and facilitating managers' intuitive understanding and supervision of on-site testing situations.

★ 32-bit high-speed digital signal processor
Using TI's 32-bit high-speed 150MHz DSP and AD company's high-performance 6-channel 16 bit AD, a multifunctional and wide range digital multiplier has been successfully developed. Floating point operations are used to ensure calculation accuracy.
Simultaneously measuring the errors of active, reactive, or two energy meters

★ Wiring simulation function
The instrument can simulate various on-site wiring and obtain corresponding wiring results in the office without connecting voltage or current signals. This function can be used as a training tool for line checking, improving the line checking skills of on-site staff.
★ 5A clamp error self check
The instrument can generate a current signal of 5A and apply it to the 5A clamp to measure the error of the clamp meter.
Solved the problem of error changes in 5A pliers after prolonged use. You can check the closure status of the clamp table at any time and remind the staff to clean the clamp.
★ Automatic input of energy meter number (optional function)
Support barcode scanning gun, automatically enter energy meter code.
★ Infrared reading head, automatic reading of multifunctional energy meter data (optional function)
Use 485 or infrared light bulb to read the active and reactive power base values of the multifunctional energy meter, including peak, flat, valley, and total. Support the national standard DL645 protocol.
★ Ultra wide current measurement range
500 times the current range to ensure measurement indicators;
Display range of 10000 times current. The maximum starting current is 1mA.
High supply, high timing, and no load can also recognize wiring.
★ Energy accumulation function
It can be used to verify energy meters without power pulse output, or as a test for energy-saving indicators.
